These Terms govern your use of LabelKin, operated by Xiaoyue Labs as an independent developer. By using LabelKin, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Apple’s standard end-user license terms also apply where required.

Not medical advice

LabelKin is an informational aid, not a medical device, diagnosis service, allergen certification, or substitute for professional advice or the manufacturer. For severe allergies or medical conditions, always check the current package, contact the manufacturer, and follow qualified medical guidance. Do not rely on “no matches” as proof of safety.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for confirming that photos and extracted text are complete, keeping rules current, evaluating uncertainty notices, and making final purchase or consumption decisions. Only scan content you are permitted to use, and do not misuse the service or attempt to bypass plan limits or security controls.

Free and paid service

The Free plan includes one profile, ten introductory cloud analyses followed by five per month, and unlimited local rule matching. The LabelKin Family subscription includes up to five profiles and up to 300 cloud analyses per monthly allowance period. Reasonable per-minute and daily safeguards may apply to protect availability. Features and limits displayed in the app at purchase time control if they differ from this summary.

Subscriptions

LabelKin Family is offered as an automatically renewing monthly or annual subscription. The annual subscription is prepaid, while its cloud-analysis allowance refreshes monthly and does not make the entire year’s allowance available at once. Payment is charged through your Apple account. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, the subscription renews at the price shown by Apple. Manage or cancel it in App Store subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Apple handles billing, localized pricing, taxes, refunds, and payment credentials under its policies. Access may change after cancellation, expiration, refund, revocation, payment failure, or suspected fraud. Use Restore purchases if a valid entitlement is not shown.

AI and service availability

Cloud results may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. Model behavior and supported languages can change. LabelKin provides deterministic local matching when possible, but does not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular AI output.

Intellectual property

LabelKin software, branding, design, and original content are owned by Xiaoyue Labs or its licensors. You retain rights in content you provide. You grant us a limited right to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.

Suspension and changes

We may limit or suspend access to protect users, providers, or the service; enforce these Terms; comply with law; or respond to abuse. We may update features, quotas, prices for future periods, or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated where required.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LabelKin is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that results are error-free or suitable for medical, dietary, legal, or purchasing decisions. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, Xiaoyue Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of or reliance on the service.
