Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MovoPop. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and meet the minimum digital-consent age in your country. If you are not legally able to enter a contract, a parent or guardian must accept these terms for you.

Your content and permission

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, process, transform, and transmit it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested service. You confirm that you own the content or have all necessary rights and likeness consent.

Prohibited uses

You may not use MovoPop for unlawful content, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, fraud, deceptive impersonation, election manipulation, infringement, bypassing safety or payment controls, automated abuse, or attacks on the service. We may block content, suspend access, preserve evidence where legally required, and report serious abuse.

AI output

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other output. Review every video before sharing it. You are responsible for how you publish or use generated content and for labeling synthetic media where law or platform rules require it.

Safety reports

You can report a Library video from its More menu. Reports must be made in good faith. We may review, restrict, remove, or preserve content and related evidence when needed for safety, rights enforcement, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Credits, subscriptions, and ads

Credits are a limited license to request eligible generation services. They are not money, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value. Credit cost may vary by quality, duration, and model. Subscriptions renew through Apple or Google unless cancelled in the applicable store settings. Deleting MovoPop does not itself cancel a store subscription. Purchases, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the applicable store rules and mandatory consumer law.

Availability

Generation depends on third-party models and may be delayed or fail. When our records confirm that a paid generation failed before delivery, the corresponding Credits are returned automatically. We may change models, templates, limits, or suspend a feature to protect users, service stability, and cost safety.

Enforcement and termination

You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, fraud, legal requirements, or security threats. Terms that by nature should survive termination—including ownership, payment records, disclaimers, and liability limits—remain effective.

Storage periods

Portrait inputs are short-lived processing files. Generated-video availability depends on the generation type: up to 30 days for free generations, 90 days for Credit-funded generations, and 180 days for subscription generations. Download important videos before they expire. Deleting an account removes associated active cloud files but does not itself cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
